Return Policy & Shipping

 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing.  Please note that all t-shirts and crewnecks are UNISEX and tend to run larger so if you prefer something more fitted, please size down or email us for assistance in determining the correct size to order.  We do not offer any changes or cancelations to orders so please reach out if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

Damaged item or issues with print:

If the received product is damaged, printed incorrectly or of poor quality, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order at info@thejadedcapricorn.com.  Please include photos of the damage/errors.  We will have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.  No refunds will be provided.  Requests received after the seven (7) days will not be honored.

Shipping:

Due to the pandemic, we are experiencing shipping delays that may extend your order delivery time.  In some instances, that timeline may be 3-4 weeks.
